How we work
We use an interactive, iterative, high feedback approach to ensure good communication with the customer and thus assure customer satisfaction.

First, we gather requirements. We can meet in person if you're in southeaster New Hampshire, or talk by phone if you prefer. We discuss what you want to accomplish with the site, the nature of your business, the image you wish to present, how it will be hosted, any other concerns you might have. We exchange emails and establish a time frame for completion.

Then we do a mock-up of the site, and place it on the Web where you can see it and try it out. The mock-up will be available well before your deadline for the project. You give us feedback, and we incorporate that feedback into the next mock-up. That's the iterative aspect.

When we have a mock-up that you're happy with, we install it. If you have already reserved a domain name and hosting provider, we exchange log info over the phone. If not, we can set those things up for you.

Now you try out the new installation. We sort out any issues that arise. We instruct you in how to maintain and operate all the features, so that you will be in control. In a few days you will be able to manage your own site as you see fit.
